Agenarys is a brand and product operated by Stellarys Resonance LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States of America. In this Privacy Policy, the terms we, us, our, and Agenarys refer to Stellarys Resonance LLC and the Agenarys platform located at agenarys.com.
We provide AI-powered workforce automation services to local businesses, including AI voice agents, messaging agents, appointment booking systems, marketing automation, website design services, and related digital tools. We also operate related Agenarys media and consumer-facing offers, including the Commanding the Grid podcast and marketplace content.
We may collect business contact information, account information, checkout and billing references, service request details, website and audit intake data, support messages, communication preferences, analytics data, and information submitted through forms, chats, booking flows, or branch-specific pages.
We use information to provide services, respond to requests, operate AI agents and automation workflows, process orders, support customers, improve platform performance, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, and communicate about products or services you request.
All USD payments are processed by Stripe or other approved payment processors. Stellarys Resonance LLC does not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment card data on Agenarys servers.
Information may be processed by AI systems, workflow tools, and trusted service providers to deliver business automation, intake, support, audit, routing, and fulfillment services. We design these workflows with access limits, auditability, and operational controls.
We may share information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate the platform, process payments, provide support, deliver communications, maintain hosting infrastructure, or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell sensitive customer data.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but security is treated as a core operating requirement.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with tax, accounting, legal, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Agenarys may link to or rely on third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, automation platforms, AI providers, and social platforms. Their own policies govern their services.
Agenarys business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Users outside the United States understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
When you purchase or use Nexa Tokens (NXT) through the Agenarys Nexa platform, Stellarys Resonance LLC collects and stores the following data: your NXT wallet balance, your complete transaction history including every credit and debit, purchase amounts in USD, Stripe session references, and the date and time of every transaction.
This data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
Transaction records in the Agenarys Nexa ledger are immutable. They cannot be edited or deleted. This is intentional © the ledger is the legal record of every NXT transaction.
All USD payments for NXT are processed exclusively by Stripe. Stellarys Resonance LLC never stores your full credit card number, debit card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment card data. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
NXT wallet data is governed by the same security standards described in Section 7 of this policy.
If you close your account, your NXT transaction history is retained for the legally required period even after account closure. Your remaining NXT balance is subject to the terms described in the Nexa Token Terms of Service available at agenarys.com/terms.
