Agenarys is operated by Stellarys Resonance LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Commanding the Grid is an Agenarys branch focused on business education, media, marketplace content, and operational visibility.
Agenarys may provide AI automation, websites, intake systems, audits, marketplace pages, media content, business tools, directory products, and related digital services. Specific deliverables depend on the product or agreement purchased.
Agenarys does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, approvals, traffic, AI recommendations, customer acquisition, or business outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, business operations, offer quality, competition, and customer behavior.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing content and workflows, complying with laws that apply to their business, honoring customer requests, maintaining service quality, and using Agenarys tools responsibly.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers such as Stripe. Subscription, package, token, credit, and product terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable offer. You authorize applicable charges when purchasing services.
Nexa Tokens (NXT), credits, wallet balances, or similar digital units are platform-use balances unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. They are subject to the applicable Nexa Token Terms, refund rules, ledger rules, and platform policies.
You may not use Agenarys for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harassing, spam, malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, or harmful activity. We may suspend or restrict access when misuse, fraud, legal risk, or security risk is detected.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to customers, or using them in business decisions.
Agenarys, Commanding the Grid, platform designs, prompts, systems, workflows, copy, templates, media, and brand assets are owned by Stellarys Resonance LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Client-provided materials remain the client©s responsibility.
Services may rely on third-party providers including Stripe, hosting platforms, automation tools, communication providers, analytics services, and AI providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarys Resonance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
